You as the Customer however is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the fabric. If there should be any fabric you are not satisfied with please contact us at  support@joyfulfabric.com  and we will assist you in returning the merchandise.
It takes between 10-15 days on receipt of your return to process the refund against the original payment method you used. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

 We accept returns within 3 days of receipt. If our FLEECE FABRIC is damaged or defective we will either replace the fabric or refund your money. After 3 days no refund or returns are accepted. All sales are final after 3 days. The FLEECE FABRIC must be in original uncut condition. Before returning you must get authorization. Please email us at  support@joyfulfabric.com  for the authorization number. For any other reason than damage or defect product there will be 30% restocking fee and customer must pay the shipping cost of returning fabric.

 Please count purchase immediately upon receipt of product to make sure you received your complete order. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please report shortages to us immediately at support@joyfulchildfabric.com . (Cutting tickets are not a proof of shortage.)   Only fabric that has been uncut, unwashed, and unsewn can be returned providing it is the incorrect print or the fabric is damaged. If fabric has defects or is damaged, we will issue a refund once we receive proof of problems.
