Please count purchase immediately upon receipt of product to make sure you received your complete order. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please report shortages to us immediately at support@joyfulchildfabric.com . (Cutting tickets are not a proof of shortage.) Only fabric that has been uncut, unwashed, and unsewn can be returned. If fabric has defects or is damaged, we will issue store credit once we receive proof of problems.
